I don't start with a pre-set agenda. I design the format after a conversation about the goal, participants, and the company's situation.
Do you work with the whole team or just with leaders?
Most often with the board or the leadership team. If broader organizational participation is needed, we arrange that separately.
Is the retreat arranged through your site or leadersretreat.pl?

Can the workshop be online?
Yes, although for strategic and team-related topics, an on-site or off-site format often works better.
