Growth and B2B Sales
Organizing the sales funnel, sales rhythm, marketing priorities, and working with data.

When outside consulting isn't enough. I join your company for 1–3 days a week in a specific role, with a clear scope of responsibility, and focus on delivering results.
This model is for companies that need not just recommendations, but someone to genuinely step into the management rhythm, the team, and take responsibility for driving change.
We define the scope after a Growth Diagnosis to ensure the role addresses a real gap in the company.
Organizing the sales funnel, sales rhythm, marketing priorities, and working with data.
The rhythm of meetings, reviews, responsibilities, status updates, and decisions that move the company forward.
A set of metrics that helps the board quickly see if the company is on the right track.
Clarifying roles, expectations, and the way managers take on responsibility.
Preparing the narrative, data, and scenarios for conversations with funds, the supervisory board, or partners.
In parallel, I prepare the company for the moment when my role is no longer needed.
First, we determine where the real gap is: sales, operations, management, data, or preparation for funding.
We define what I am responsible for, who I work with, and how we report progress.
I participate in board work, lead the designated area, and work with the team on current topics.
We implement priorities, organize the work rhythm, and monitor the numbers.
I prepare the team, processes, and a potential successor so that the company is not dependent on me.
The minimum collaboration period is three months, as a shorter period usually doesn't allow for responsibly embedding in the company and handing over results.
The time commitment, scope, and fee are determined after the Diagnosis, because an interim role without clear responsibility quickly becomes expensive consulting with no owner.
This is not task outsourcing. It's temporarily taking responsibility for a specific area and its results.
They can temporarily perform that function, but the goal is to organize the area and prepare the company for independent operation or recruitment.
Yes, but at the management and leadership level. I don't take on specialized tasks that should be performed by the team or an agency.
Because getting into the data, people, decision rhythm, and implementing real change takes time. Shorter engagements are better suited for a Diagnosis or a Decision Month.
Yes, but when joining a team, I usually recommend at least some on-site meetings, especially in and around Warsaw.
The initial 30-minute consultation is free of charge. It will result in a concrete suggestion, a choice of collaboration format, or a transparent assessment if I'm not the right person for your challenge.
A complimentary 30-minute introductory call is the first step. It concludes with one of three outcomes: a concrete suggestion you can implement on your own, a clear plan for our potential collaboration, or my honest assessment if I'm not the right fit for your challenge.
